How it works

Prepare your documents & Complete System Admin Training

​Gather your Government-Issued Photo ID (front & back), 837 EDI Claim File, NPI, Tax ID, and authorized signatory information before starting.

Please note: The 837 file submitted here is for testing purposes only. Claims submitted through this Provider Onboarding Portal will not be processed. This file is used solely to validate formatting and HIPAA compliance. This test file cannot be resubmitted later once your application is approved so please use an example or test claims file.

Before proceeding, it is essential that you have attended and completed the System Administrator Training on the Trillium My Learning Campus. If you have not yet done so, please log in and complete the required training.

Complete the Provider Profile Readiness

Fill out the form with all three components: Provider, Agreement, and Accounts. Incomplete submissions are not allowed.

Submit & await authorization

Our authorization team reviews your application within 1–2 business days and you will be notified on acceptance or rejection — if any items need clarification or correction.

Receive Provider Direct Portal and iTransact Portal access

Upon approval, you’ll receive the necessary sFTP and portal access information, enabling claims submission, payment tracking, and authorization requests.

Ongoing support

Our Provider Onboarding Support team is available throughout the entire process by email during business hours.

Agency name, NPI, Tax ID, service addresses, and primary contact details.

Authorized signatory details

Name and title of the individual authorized to sign the Trading Partner Agreement.
